The Juniper Curve modern farmhouse is a new construction project that began in May 2019. The homeowners sought EBP as they were a “trusted resource in modern building enclosure technologies that perform in highly demanding applications.” EBP supplied WrapShield RS WRB/Air Barrier as it was a trusted name in rainscreen products and modern enclosure technologies. Additionally, VaproShield offered a complete suite of products for one stop shop on exterior enclosure. They had products that had a great perm rate to allow building to try from within, which was critical in the construction of Juniper Curve as it was built during one of the wettest rain seasons, and was exposed for months.
